i got no kpi/target at all. more like my company hires me for a show-show to customers that our company has a service people in your area.

my office is in singapore. i am home based. due to covid restriction earlier. my colleagues in sgp were unable to come. that is why i got hired.
my job is to service local customers. since i am in "specialized" chemical industry. so i dont have to get new sales or meet any quota/target monthly.
example, i sell cola taste chemical (A) to Coca-cola. CC will forever use this chemical. i cannot sell chemical A to Gardenia. becuase Gardenia dont use it. there is limited users. so no need find new sales. besides, there is no competitor selling the same item. it is a registered trademark. my company produces, my company sells it.

i also know alot of people similar like my job. sales rep for Malaysia. no office. home based. always travelling.
