mind to share how old is your father?

my dad also 6X, just quarreled with him yesterday...
he has some degree of alexithymia, make it very hard to communicate with him...
I feel very sad...

sorry for getting out of topic...

but isn't salary, ultimately, also for family? parents, wife, children...etc...

hard to tell, maybe not alexithymia, but something similar,
his emotion go uncontrol, with a lot of anger, especially toward family members, someone who are close to him, unintentionally.
He thinks it is everyone else problem, but not his problem.

I have tried very hard to communicate with him for years,
but recently I realized that this is not something can be solved with communication,
perhaps, its a mental health issue.

maybe you can make your dad's life comfortable with less amount of salary.

But I am not sure how to achieve that in my case.
I feel that my dad will never satisfy,
no matter how hard I try to please him,
He always think that I am not good enough.
