diploma only, want higher can choose to upgrade self, part time degree?

I am considering job hop as my last increment was like only in the first year and afterward have been stagnant due to company not making any profit but still going strong as my boss constantly strike for new goal by building on past failure. I would like to listen to any advice and discussion from you guys, heck, even meetups if you guys are willing to waste your precious time with sotong me.
1) Past few years i tried 2 startups on my own (both burned my collected part-time salary totaled up to 20k (but i learnt alot of knowledge in the process), (didnt ask for investment that time becaz i wanna try bootstrapping on my own)
2) I work with a owner helping his cafe to open a new franchise outlet, even though its very underpaid but i still take it because i foresee i am able to learn alot from this contract job.
3) I work with 2 partners very hard to have a new startup on E-sports industry. I teach them alot on Business Idealogy, Knowledge, Concept, etc etc, and they are good person that willing to learn and work hard as well (All 3 of us having full-time job). Currently trying to get the project and partnership with China and Sabah as they are developing Kota Kinabalu area.
4) Currently extra pursuing ICDL paper (including Digital Marketing), future after i passed all ICDL , would like to proceed to CFA paper, or ACCA (i hate accounting but i know its important).
6) I also attending online courses about Coding/Web Developing/Programming , i think its called as full-stack developer.

Quick question.. what is the highest paid IT job? Is it solution architect? Cloud architect? Data scientist?

I’m not from the IT field but I’ve been based in Singapore for the past 30 years, so I can offer a local perspective on the job environment at the moment: and it’s bad. Officially, tens of thousands of locals have been let go, and 3 times the number of foreigners. Unofficially, who knows.

It might be hard to for a fresh grad to look for a job as employees are pressured to hire locals.
