2nd job, Transfer to EU, Y1-2 - ~16k RM (~4k EUR)
2nd job, Transfer to EU, Y3-6 - ~25k RM (~5.2k EUR)
3rd job, Year 1 in new EU country - ~60% more.

So far OK kua, no real complaints. Finding market salary in EU as a foreigner was a real pain though, only real way to do it is to start anew with a new company.

The total increment seems like on the lower end.
Malaysia now already with total exam increments of 8k+.

supposedly can fetch myr 18-20k minimum even on 10 years back
