Come on, what experience and knowledge have you accumulated in your 3 months tenure that you think another company is willing to pay you a higher wage?

Stop thinking about being underpaid and start learning and think about your career path and development.

Stay for two years and see how it goes. Being a fresh graduate you don’t have much chip on the table. Just focus on learning.

Can you please explain what makes you think that you under paid? Because you are like first class honours super star with super good hard skills and soft skills?
3170 for a fresh graduate is not super ultra high, but indeed is a pretty good pay. dry.gif

Guess your company didnt adjust your salary after you got your master.
Time to jump

After I received bonus I will looking for other job. As my company changed the increment only 3% max, previously minimum 5%. I got offer last year from oyher company but they still pay 10% increment from my current salary and reduce benefit as well. Currently my AL - 25 days, medical RM2k plus. Since my wife is a fulltime housewife and with 3 kids, I decided to reject 3 offers.

How important is your role to the company?

On a side note, please jump. Your salary is what I receive 6 years back when I'm a fresh grad. Though different fields, would expect your working experience compensate your salary as well

If I jump they need to find person that have knowledge about Accreditation. I also managing IT system for the accreditation. Because they need to submit for the accreditation by JUNE. I am only the one that know the system and how to generate the report from a raw data. No supporting staff

Since this is an advantage for you, because you know the knowledge that no body knows. You may demand higher salary instead, otherwise jumpship. Your manager will panic and counter offer that thumbup.gif

Better be careful on jumping n hoping manager want to counter offer. Cz some company, the HR have somehow big power over the manager.

Mean u out n need to replace with someone else.

Then deal with it icon_idea.gif , some company will panic especially those company turn over rate very high, and only one employee out of many are talented and have knowledge in something where other don't. Timing is important when throw a resignation letter, especially on peak time..

Most company HR will have bigger deciding power on salary increment over your typical manager.

Which level of IT? Level 1 means formatting laptop etc. Level 2/3 means server maintainence etc. But regardless of level, the salary is average imo

I have a working partner who works in a MNC service desk company and based on what he shared, I'd say your salary is considered slightly above average.
