Not Binance biggrin.gif , Binance actually offer remote job for full/part time for worldwide talent. I remember they mentioned will pay the salary in form of cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC).

I don't understand why people are so delusional in getting the AVERAGE salary right and I don't bother to explain anymore.

Not for my case 😭 Only get up to 21 but once completed 5yrs service. Maybe can ask your buddy to rethink this and make it gradually increase after 2yrs like most MNC practice

How much do you usually ask for after working in accounts for almost 2 years in the same company? Earning 3.1k now. I read you guys take 13th month into account to, meaning 3.1kx13=3.3k??

I do know accounts increment are not that much compared to other jobs. If jump ship can ask for 3.6? If sg can same? 😂😂
