What's your job scope? Kinda hard to know just through job title.

Salary also depends on which company you landed in. SMEs.. potato salary. And some HRs are professional lowballers. Be on your guard about that.

Yea i plan to try to apply some other companies after 1 year. Is that ok or just stay more 2 3 years there?

Do you have any previous experience (especially in related field)? If yes, it would be easier for you to hop to another company, but if no, then:

a) If you still can learn something there, chances are you should still stay

OR

b) Nothing more to learn? Don't resign first, go out and find for another job, after confirm you got the job, only resign.

Yea I'm learning different things everyday. I have no routine. I only do what my boss tells me everyday. It's so good I learned something new everyday I wish i can stay there but the pay is too low.

I think need to jump after 1 year.
