yap if you install in that way, but how the cpu? i think still better face the psu bottom mounted fan to suck the hot air from the cpu cooler then out to the case.

yap.. i think so "Outside the case" if you want the case for water cooler, or maybe wait ianho to get some idea to fix all water cooler stuffs inside that small case.
