IMU'll accept 220-240 student (depends on demand), but before PMS matching, there'll most likely be less than 200... This happens because there is rumours that IMU always over-accept the students, and fail some on the way.

wow ... 1500 doctors coming back home every year? And that does not include local grads? How many local grads per year?

what's the # of doctors per capita in the developed contries? where are we at now?

do those that come back from overseas have to do national duty for 7 years also? perhaps as a prerequisite for MMA licence?

when I read dr hsu's article, i saw a long list of local colleges ... some old established unis, some freshly minted public, some freshly minted private, some with foreign affiliations .... so would all these fall under what you call the "msian system"? I would guess not, right? So without naming them, could you expand on which general categories of colleges would fall under the "msian system"
