Hi, I might be entering the August Intake.

But Before that, can I know briefly about the things which Semester 1 students study? like Books?

And any books which give a rough guide to the knowledge required for A Medic student? I mean, we're not like Professors of Anatomy who stuff a brainful of Anatomy book right?

I'm asking this because I really need to understand more about the academia.

Thanks

Hey randywang,
Yea, in some considerations.

Hey chika138,
I assume that the 'Human anatomy and physiology' is a big book, and you have to memorise all in ONE sem?

Thanks

Hey, I dont belong here already, but this is also a question on behalf on my friend.
Who is, torn between Russia and IMU.

So for the PMS countries, which one of them has the beneficial employment rule of allowing practice in the respective country? I mean after housemanship, I seem to recall that US doesnt allow it?

Coz we were discussing that day, and he suggested that beside the insurance of better postgrad prospective, he couldnt see the point of going that far(he's budget-restraint) and coming back to work in Malaysia while a Russia degree does the same thing too, except while, half the price, double the insecurities.

While I'm weary of the HUGE difference between these 2 choices, and the butterfly effect subsequent to the right, and the wrong choice, so I need some guides here?

Thanks

You mean they apply there after graduating from Seremban?

I thought the only way to work at foreign countries is through the conventional transfer/twinning route. Which is, mostly the PMS option.

But surely they dont accept students from all schools right? I recall only UK accepts Russia Medical schools graduate.

Thanks

Oh sorry that I forgot to stress this, I'm not trying trigger some debate over IMU vs Russia, just asking the PMS options for my friend.

But Thanks Cristiano-Ronaldo-7.
