Hi all, does anyone know where to repair violin in Penang? (both mainland and island)

I stopped playing it for more than 10 years ever since I went to Uni and started working. And now when I opened the case the hairs were all broken on the bow, and my soundpost also has fallen.

Appreciate it if anyone could give me any contact of any reliable and professional shop that doesn't overcharge.
