Carnage will spawn from Venom.

afterall its still sci-fi

but i feel like the next film might portray carnage as the offspring of both riot n venom, since riot did manage to consume venom at one point. and maybe the seed was left on venom.

the weapons riot uses is more of carnage weapons from comics.

Venom was the brute force character while carnage was the intelligent one with ability to form weapons like how riot did in the film..
