I dont care abt Tom Hardy's break-up, betrayal as shown in teaser. I came for venom & prompted me to press dislike button as it didnt show jack

We're not watchin an anti-hero film (dat too flat-out most popular EVER) dealing with his character backstory, inner turmoils etc

Teaser looked akin to Godzilla 2014. I'm sure BO also gonna be same (flop lol)

Ok. 2 sides to this trailer

One, it looks miles better than so-called "teaser". Editing, camerawork, score & Venom showcased in full-glory at tail-end after build-up throughout trailer was dope!

2nd, spoilers!!!! Why dafuq you spoil so much details? In teaser, almost non-existant details. But trailer pulak, tons of characters, backstory & expositions simply kill the joy of watchin them unveil the plot points at theater slowly..

On side note, as much as Spiderman 3 gets flak (it was highest grossing Spiderman film among Sam Raimi's trilogy mind you) the Venom design was aesthetic. Looked raw, yet refined.

Venom here looked excessively organic. Its not like I hate it or anythin. Wish they spent abit more time refining the CGI

Besides, Spidey better pop somewhere at Mid/End Credit scenes

Crap....the last shot reminds Outrider close-up shot from Avenger's Infinity War when they invaded via Wakanda's barrier

They showed waaay tooo many Venom shots here & it takes away edgyness associated with such cool anti-hero

I liked Venom. Hell. LOVED Spiderman 3 despite critics trashing it. I still consider Sam Raimi's trilogy to be classic superhero legacy.

Lets face it. A film called Venom (title itself has great brand value, easily one of most popular antihero like ever) starring great actor Tom Hardy released a teaser trailer with......not even a glimpse of venom? Dafuq was that? It spawnd meme with Tom Hardy's masturbating reaction & gave an overall B-grade psychological mess

Then, proper trailer was released & was lapped-up by almost everyone. Focused on Eddie & his life with Venom rising at final shot in his full-glory.

Now this trailer was cool. Its just the unfinished CGI on Venom.

Its ironic when u say stuntmen in rubber suit, cuz dats exactly what happens in frickin every goddamn Spiderman & AntMan films nah?

C'mon. Monkey King 2 (Aaron Kwok) released on 2016 had fantastic CGI & its not Hollywood product. A quality is a quality output regardless if its Hollywood or Bollywood or Chinawood, Tigerwood

In this case, the CGI shots of Venom looks tacky especially when he's talking to the guy at mart. Carnage scenes are cool, but when Venom's on the street choking the guy....its quite off...kinda like you can figure out difference between $120 H&M Tuxedo and $3000 Tom Ford Tux

We're living post-Infinity War era now. CGI needs to be updated or else gonna get trolled

Guy, creature costume or superhero costume if it involves action choreography, its obvious stuntmen are at work. Your not gonna risk injuring ur multi $$$ insured lead for some stunt sequences
