Morning guys.

I turned on the pc all the lights and fan will come out but no display/no post. Then after few seconds, it will automatically shut down and will start back again. This process is repeated with no end. Just assembled this PC from scratch, all used item.

I can't really find the source of the problem because i don't have any spare motherboard to test with. But what could be the cause of this problem ? Help is much appreciated.

I fixed this problem by update my BIOS.
Get the latest BIOS from website and flash it.

You can still enter BIOS. Just spam the key (F12 for me, depend on your motherboard) when it rebooting

tough luck. thats one of the downsides of 2nd hand pc. not saying first hand parts wont get this issue though but you would need to ready a compatible spare parts to diagnose.

as for battery, you can find it anywhere really. even in supermarket.

Turn it off (force) first by holding the power button.
When you turn it back on, your keyboard & mouse light should on. At that moment just spam the key.
See your motherboard manual which key for BIOS.
