Hi. My question is i dont know why i get WHEA-LOGGER in day 21.01.2018. My system was currently idling when i remember. Windows 10 Fall Creator Update build was 16299.15

A spam of: WHEA Event ID 19 CPU-corrected hw error

And only one : WHEA Event ID 47 memory-corrected hw error

Here are screen with one of them:

My pc:

8700K stock, MTE on, 4700mhz auto clock

Asus Z370 Pro Gaming

16GB DDR 3000MHZ ( XMP ON)

Gtx 1080 Ti Aorus

Corsair 750 Rmi

SSD Crucial 525GB

HDD TOSHIBA 500GB

Windows 10 clean install 1709 Creator Fall Update

All settings in UEFI are stock, defaulted . Only XMP profile is on.

Any clues why on 16299.15 i get hardware corrected errors when on newest builds not?

All settings in UEFI are stock, defaulted . Only XMP profile is on.

Temps of cpu fine, temps of gpu fine. Never had any single BSOD. Memtest86 no errors. All benchmarks passing, no crashing in games

Only saw that warnings in event viewer from 21.01 using Win 10 build 16299.15 which make think that is something with voltages or software?

Errors starts showing on IDLE in event logs in 3 a.m and finished at 3 at noon .I had hibernation turned ON AFTER 15 minutes. Maybe thats was somehow related?

Only warnings no crashing on system.

I updated Win10 to 16299.192 and 16299.214 builds and no WHEA-LOGGERS.

Maybe somebody tested 8700K on 16299.15 build?

Auto clock is the culprit, if you want to OC. Go find some proper coffee lake overclock guide and start from there.

Don't rely on auto overclock.

I suspect something to do with your CPU C-states. Try setting a lower C-State like C3 since you say it always happen during idling or it might be due to your anti virus. You can try uninstall it for testing purpose

I dont have antivirus only Windows Defender.

Just ask because i updated to 16299.192 ( spectre fix ) and issue with WHEA - LOGGER 19 gone. drivers 390.65
On 16299.15 ( before spectre build ) it was throwing WHEA with 390.65 drivers too.
So thats why i ask.

Maybe something with that c-states? I remember pc was sleeping and after resuming i get this WHEA warnings.
And later on all day i get that warnings.

Errors starts showing on IDLE in event logs in 3 a.m and finished at 3 at noon
