please share how to lose thunder thigh & fat butterfly arm by:

* exercise method

OR

* visit slimming centre - recommended package/centre (dora/mariefrance bodyline/london weight management/etc?)

money- wise im willing to spend as long as its effective in achieving my goal - SLIM arm & thigh biggrin.gif this is my main unsightly problem area cry.gif

since money isn't an issue i suggest signing up for a membership at your nearest gym and possibly hire a personal trainer to tailor an effective weight-loss program for you.

Just find any slimming center nearby so you can go often...

expect to pay around 8k-12k for good package, then repeat 3 times a year for about 1.5 years very good liaw...

no need to exercise or diet, that is only for poor people...

i went from waist 39cm to now about 33cm... no cardio at all

And I can assure you, if you don't start exercising and eating right, you're going to balloon up fast when you stop your 'treatment' in these slimming centres. Whatever method these centres use, it's only temporary.

Lastly, it is insulting to say exercise and diet is for poor people. Exercise AND a proper diet (healthy eating) is the way of life. It's a change in lifestyle and not merely a tool to lose weight.

Man, I sure hope you continue to stay rich. Or else you can't afford to lose few more inches of your waist.

which slimming center you go? that's good can further explain 8k-12k package include what method/how many visit per package? is it the sauna or steam burn fat method or laser?

I have a friend who was large. She started to eat less and walk hills 3 times per week. After few months her body has reduced in size but still in the overweight category. She would not do squats as she thinks this will increase her thigh size.

Reading your post makes me curious. Few questions.

1. You mentioned only the thighs and arms. Are the other body parts slim i.e. belly, hips, buttocks, chest, calfs?

2. How much calories of exercise do you do and how much is your food? When did you start exercise and eat healthily?

3. When did this condition started?

1) most noticeable part is arm and leg/thigh so i want to lose this area. the rest ok ok lo

2) walking for 30-45min alternate days. Food mostly oatmeal, green vegetable, bread, noodle, chicken, fish and apple on different day mix and match 3 meals a day 1 normal plate portion. if feel hungry drink alot of plain water. already 6 months around this routine.

1. sign up to a gym including a personal trainer
2. hire a dietitian (possibly by recommendation from #1)
3. do what they tell you

no point for me to recommend any specific exercise/diet as what works for me may not work for you

Youre just still eating too much. No rocket science there. And your workout is obviously not enough to raise your daily energy expenditure where your body burns more calories than what your eat.
