Those rows of shoplots around Grand Kampar Hotel, they have parking lots everywhere, but do I need to pay for parking? I don't see any meter or any notice sign saying need to pay. But I see got one or two car got display those gores style parking coupon while majority of the other cars do not have such coupon displayed.

I was once an utarian in kampar campus.

No one gives shit on where you park in newtown as long as you don't block other people way. As long as got parking lot in newtown, park as you want.

Old town on the other hand, very strict. Just gores the ticket wherever you park. Just don't question.
