I'm suffering from eczema for quite some time now. About 3 years. I am wondering if I am allergic to certain foods that causes it. Though it usually outbreaks when the weather is hot or due to my sweating. May I know where you all did your allergic test for eczema? Or recommend any clinic/pathlab/bp healthcare that is good and have affordable packages in KL/Selangor?

Even doctor will ask you to do the same to find out whether any of the food you took causes the allergy. It's common for your skin to experience irritation due to hot weather/ sweat. Suggest you see a Dermatologist first. Have you seen one? And are you taking any medication/ applying eczema cream? Also, this is something extra - it may be a sponsored post/ ad in the article, but do some research on Avene's eczema cream/ thermal spring water. They have shared a lot of journals and success stories in improving skin condition of eczema patients. https://www.news24.com/You/Archive/hope-for...rers-20170728-2

I have eczema as well. Mostly on my head and face. I realised removing dairy, red meat from my diet as well as increasing water intake helps alot in terms of managing my eczema. Other than that, using jojoba oil helps in preventing my skin from drying up as well. But dont apply it when your skin is red. It will only make it worst. Refrain yourself from scratching as well.

Was thinking to directly take allergic test. Doctor from clinic prescribed me hydrocortisone but like rest of the forumers here, it attacks me back once in a while. So was thinking to find out the root cause and change my lifestyle now. I bought myself calamine cream from pharmacy. Applying prickly heat powder also seems can reduce the affect of eczema to me. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « QUOTE(unclemike @ Feb 7 2018, 09:58 AM) Yeap. Eczema is not a skin problem but instead is your internal organs problem. Particularly your digestive system. You need to make drastic lifestyle changes to your diet to gone your eczema for good.
