 Maxis One Share, usage charges

Recently i subscribed to Maxis One Prime (together fibre).

i am using maxis share line and the prime is given to my wife.
but i notice there was a "usage charges" under my number for god knows what.

I have opted to eBill, so i don't know why maxis does not auto matically give me
detail bill. because I need to know from where this charges come from.

i do not buy apps, i do not subscribe to anything else thru sms. the charges has been
varying every months so far (3 months so far) - rm4.12, rm10, rm12.23 something like this.

Something is wrong here. i think maxis should ask for confirmation EVERY TIME other
people want to charge money to its users. This is common sense. MAXIS, PLS PAY ATTENTION
OR I WILL UNSUBSCRIBE.

I have it as well but when the bill is generated, the call charge will be automatically zeroed since the plan is unlimited call and sms.

I am talking about the generated bill. Not unbilled ones.

That's also another thing. Why we need to request for detailedd bills to be activated when i already am
using eBill? It should be automatically turned on for those who use eBill.

In my generated bill, it only shows "usage charges" with no detail. I just request them to enable it,
and I will need to wait for next month to see the details.
