Steam wallet top up code failed to deliver

I top up RM10 steam wallet code and i got a message "Sorry, we are unable to deliver the Game Code, please call Maxis at 123 for assistance."
and it also uses the top up ticket. This happen once but i didn't get any message. I've seen others also have this issue , Is it gonna get resolve? |

This happen once but i didn't get any message.
