I just finished SPM last year. I want to pursue Pre-U before starting a degree programme. I am interested in Information Technology/Systems (but not Computer Science). I was doing some research on Sunway Uni & Taylors Uni (I want a dual award degree, budget is not an issue) and I feel that Taylors has better opportunities (ex. competitions, guest lecturers, certifications) than Sunway although Sunway has more than one IT programme, but Taylors only have one. But I heard Taylors students are very outgoing and rich and stuck up? (I don't mean to offend anyone, I just heard rumors about this.) Does anyone has reviews on these universities (alumni maybe)? Are there other private universities that offer better programmes than Sunway or Taylors? Also,

1. Which uni has a better reputation (student wise)?
2. Which uni is better for IT degrees?
3. Which uni has transfer options (to Aus or UK) for its IT degree?
4. Which uni is worth it?

it is better try to understand the what u wanted to archive first then see the market what they after and third try to look at their syllabus what they offer...

See the facilities...
go to HQ not their branch...cause their branch facilities mostly rubbish...

i just check what Taylor and Sunway offer...
here is what i found out...
Sunway not focus on programming but it have technical troubleshoot and Year 2 have network security...

Taylor more focus on programming, but i interested on year 3 cause it have Operating System..this one require to ask la...cause maybe basic only...is it hands on...

If i were u better take on Taylor...but just see APIIT College what they offer

1. All is the same to me
2. Asia Pacific University (APU), they are good for programming
3. They provide UK cert and don't have to do transfer to UK
4. Can check out APU than focusing only Sunday and Taylor.
