bought a new phone from apple, hardware problem, phone no charging and cant turn on. this phone is less than a month. is there a one to one exchange or i still need to send it to apple SC and claim for warranty? Thanks

anyone have true depth camera not working issue? sent my phone for warranty, just got it back yesterday this morning i got a pop out message saying i cant unlock with face id (a problem was detected with the true depth camera. face ID has been disabled) Gosh
