Defective product will happen during manufacturing.
So don't be too worried if a few minority cases of defects are reported
This reminded me of my ex boss brand new RM800k S Class - it broke down in 2 weeks. Does this means Mercedes had poor QC ??
As long as a human effort is in the manufacturing process , there is always a possibility of defect arising. Only sampling inspection are done at various stages
That is when warranty coverage come in on cases of defects found

I just received iPhone x yesterday bought it online, just activated by yesterday, few hours play n watch YouTube then suddenly screen on right side beside the black bar from top to bottom got green line same review on YouTube.
Call apple care, will do visit at time square sc.
Hopefully will 1 to 1 replacement set cause less than 24 hours.
