Just want to share this really great experience with Apple Support. I replaced my iPad Pro twice with different problems under warranty. I wasn’t really happy because both my iPad have screen protectors on them. Called Apple support, they offered me an exception and any accessory for free and - I chose the black leather case for the iPhone X. They didn’t even bother to ask for the receipts for the screen protectors ( I didn’t keep them anyways). They shipped today. Fingers crossed.
