Anybody got their iPhone X during launch and now the health percentage is 95%? So sad I always take good care of my phone.

I always charge before 20% and never let it die except once. Or maybe it is heat when I use my gps waze quite often

Anyone know can I claim warranty for my 6 months old iPhone X that often phantom or ghost touch at the moment? So annoying buying that expensive phone but can’t perform normal task smoothly.

Yea tried the following steps

Remove tempered glass for few days, naked usage
factory reset for 3 times
hard reset/soft reset
Try to off the phone for more than 24 hours and retry, same case

Usually for warranty claim, do we need to pay for the parts or labour fee?

Hopefully the service center wont deny the responsibility and tell me that's normal

Hi guys, I had sent my phone to be inspect at apple service centre that located at East Malaysia but they told me that it would take more than 7 working days in order to fix it as they need to send back to west malaysia for the warranty claiming. Is it normal?
