iOS 11.3.1 is out now earlier today. From Apple's release note:

Locally, I personally couldn't find any third party USB C lightning cable. However, there are several being sold in Lazada, but from China. The only brand that I recognized is Baseus.

iOS 12 Beta 3 has been released to developer earlier today. I no longer facing issue with GPS.
