QUOTE(emy_xvidia @ Mar 3 2018, 10:10 AM) LOL but you've gotta be kidding. There are thousands of other phones that are tall, if not more, as this iPhone X and I never heard of them being top heavy just because the keyboards are down there at the bottom. People will need to adapt accordingly, as physically the iPhone X is the first one to adapt the new aspect ratio hence making it thinner so it does feel different, regardless of the position of the keyboard. I personally felt that the choice to elevate the keyboard away from the bottom a wise choice. So every time I type I won't have to do the awkward arm sliding down to reach the keys.Should've given the options for us to opt for the bottom chin or not as of now it's really a wasted space. Way too BIG, and I laughed when you told me it's a design choice by them as to make the phone more 'stable' as if it's true then that's really funny. Anyway thanks for the info. But with that being said I also hope that they'll better utilise the space on the bottom. Are there any third party keyboards that eliminates the bottom space? Or did Apple make it a guideline for third party keyboards to follow? |

QUOTE(fabianz03 @ Mar 3 2018, 10:19 AM) I personally felt that the choice to elevate the keyboard away from the bottom a wise choice. So every time I type I won't have to do the awkward arm sliding down to reach the keys. Well I guess since the stock keyboard acts the same way as the one that I'm using that means it's really Apple who's behind the decision to put up the keyboard a bit higher than usual. I used Samsung S8 Plus before and 3rd party keyboard like SwiftKey can be as long or be down there at the bottom, as low as it could go, but the ability of having to adjust in size to suit whatever preferences that users might have was just great. But with that being said I also hope that they'll better utilise the space on the bottom. Are there any third party keyboards that eliminates the bottom space? Or did Apple make it a guideline for third party keyboards to follow? Anyway since Apple have allowed users to use 3rd party keyboards anyway I don't see reasons why not maybe somewhere in the future they would allow total freedom for us to adjust the keyboard accordingly instead of having to force us to use keyboards with such a wasted space below em. It's not just me complaining about this actually as a lot of other people on the other foreign forums have been talking about it, the space could be utilized a little bit better or better yet just give the users to move up or down as we'd like. As for now it is what it is though. |

QUOTE(zuhaili87 @ Mar 3 2018, 06:18 PM) I got this same standby and usage time bug today. I notice it could be either one of these that causes it. Weird... I thought 11.2.6 solved the bug as not as many complaints now compared to previously. Anyways good to know maybe you’ve identified the culprit behind it - today is the first time i play garageband - today i off my vibration in accessibility My guess is its the garageband that causes this bug. Because i think it doesn’t close properly. |

Hi all, I just bought my iPhone X few days ago. Today I found that my GPS seems weak / keep drifting away from my location
I’ve compared it with my wife iPhone 7 Plus at the same location (my house) and her location is stable while my location is keeps moving and the blue circle also keeps increasing and decreasing it radius frequently I’ve googled and found that this issue is quite common. Anyone encounter the same problem here? |

But will keep posted here. QUOTE(yiemszx @ Mar 4 2018, 02:19 PM) Hi all, I just bought my iPhone X few days ago. The GPS is rather “weird” as compared to my previous S7 Edge which is damn fast lock and damn accurate. Seems like it’s known issue for iPhone X. Hopefully it’s not hardware fault and can be fixed in upcoming update |
