I used to have my s2 without case then it dropped on tar road when i am jogging after 1 week i bought

After that onwards, i started lost my love on that phone because it is no longer perfect

Understand your pain.
My iphone6 was in pristine condition, zero scratches on the back after 2years.
One day noticed a lot of dust stuck in the crevice of the case, so remove from the case to clean, voila, slip and drop on cement floor....screen crack

this is one of the many obvious benefits enjoyed by android switcher.

android has improved much over the years but it still an inefficient software.
- drains a lot of power during usage and idle.
- poor (and ugly) user interface and apps.
- still lag. although it's much better since froyo but can never achieve the smoothness of ios.

as for s7 edge, the curve screen may look nice when switched off.
during usage, it distorts the viewing experience and also prone to unwanted touches.

congrats for making the right choice finally.

Just want to share this really great experience with Apple Support. I replaced my iPad Pro twice with different problems under warranty. I wasn’t really happy because both my iPad have screen protectors on them. Called Apple support, they offered me an exception and any accessory for free and - I chose the black leather case for the iPhone X. They didn’t even bother to ask for the receipts for the screen protectors ( I didn’t keep them anyways). They shipped today. Fingers crossed. [attachmentid=9640651]

So my rm5k++ phone just DIE this morning. 3 months old only. Left it for bed last night with no problem or any abnormal sign. IOS 11.2.5.

Any recommendation where to waranty claim (fast & free hassle)? Tq.

I experienced the same before!!!!        My phone cant turn on for several days, and i already lodged report to Apple Customer Service Online. They advised me to take it to the nearest AASP to have a check, but after few days, the phone revived 

Still using and no issue so far yet as of now
