Its me haha.
Btw solution for this issue for me is to remove Garageband as that is the cause for my case. U need to find out what causes it. And then after i remove the app, i reset the network settings. Then charge the phone back to full. Then it will be OK.
*
Finally after two months of owning the phone, I got hit with the Usage equals to Standby time bug yesterday, and I don't even have Garage Band laugh.gif

Hopefully the imminent iOS 11.3 will fix this.

ohh okay thanks for the info.

any suggestion on fast charging adapter available in market now beside the 29w apple charger with selling price of RM229 (which is a bomb for me) .

any good recommendation ?
*
I'm using this with the original Apple USB C to Lightning cable and it's probably 15 to 20 minutes faster than the iPad 10W charger which I also use every now and then.

An update on my Usage Time = Standby Time bug. I reset the Network Settings, restarted the phone and went to bed last night at 10.30p.m. with 100% charge. At 6.30a.m. this morning, it was still at 100%. Problem solved... for now laugh.gif

I am thinking to get 1 too. Where is the best place to get? Lazada?
*
There are some good deals in the Garage Sale but if you prefer to buy from a retail store, than Switch has the best deal - but only till end of this month.

Help!!!!! sad.gif , my iphone X is on ios 11.2.6 and i just bought it last night. I faced a problem where my phone battery % stuck at certain percentage while charging, for example 86% but once i reboot it shows 90%. Is it normal ? Or something wrong with my new iphone X. Sad sad.gif
*
Have you tried a restart to see if it fixes the problem?

Hi,
Lately I notice that my iPhone X battery very fast draining. I've been using for nearly 4 months.
Last 2 weeks i notice, if morning fully charged 100%, by 5pm already down to 45%. Will be around 30%+ before bedtime. Will need at least 3 hours to fully charged again.

Before this, if morning 100 %, at 5 pm will only decrease to 60%+.

I only used Whatsapp application.

I've tried to power off and on again but still draining.
Any idea. Need advise.

Thanks
*
What’s your usage time? Is it same in both scenarios? Also, don’t underestimate WhatsApp, it does drain a lot of battery in the background!

Not much, less than 1 hour per day. Only check messages and replied

If usage pattern is the same but battery consumption differs by a lot maybe try to restart your phone and see if it helps. Or wait for iOS 11.3 to update and see.

Since everyone is stressing on the Notch, learn something new today about the Chin.

The only phone on the market that doesn’t have a chin is none other than the iPhone X.

No second phone comes close to Apple’s brilliant engineering design on the Chin.
*
When the notch first came out, there was a big hoo ha over it. But look at the number of Android phones with notches emerging right after the X.

Yeah, not only the notch is being copied. I get that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but these Chinese companies are getting out of hand laugh.gif

Battery health not applicable to iPads? I updated my iPad Air 2 and there’s no battery health feature laugh.gif

Will probably update my X tonight.

No, because Apple did not implement CPU throttle on iPads.
My partner’s 3 year old iPhone 6 is at 91% and is currently supporting peak performance. Pretty good I must say.

Mine is at 99% though, not ideal but I’m not worried.
*
Yeah, pity though, would like to know how’s the battery in my 3-year-old iPad Air 2 smile.gif

Have anyone got a unit from DiGi?

Planning to get ipx.. Couldnt bring my self pay full price. so i just saw DiGi postpaid plan which is 250 family plan. You are able to get ipx 256GB for RM3609.30 inclusive GST. 250 family plan.. can have 4 sub line. with 120GB internet. I think is worth. but just worried about the sub line. as i dont really understand much about it? Must they have a postpaid plan like those 80 or 110? Or are they postpaid and have unlimited call and quota is given by primary line? If all goes well i get it next week.
*
Best clarify with a DiGi CS staff. It’s a good deal if you indeed have the use for it.

How do u solved the problem bro? hehe, there must be some rogue app that causes it.
*
Restarted the phone, reset the Network Settings ante did another restart bro. I’m beginning to wonder though if it’s WhatsApp causing the unusual drain coz I have this hyperactive group in there that sends up to hundreds of messages in the middle of the night laugh.gif

Of course la... your phone is only less than 2 months old. I guess the battery capacity test could be a gauge when you are evaluating a used unit to buy.
*
Yup. But wife’s 8 Plus since Oct 17 is showing 98% capacity. Still OK la smile.gif

Charged to 100% and unplugged at 10.40pm last night. This morning at 7.05am, shows 99% remaining. Pretty normal thumbup.gif

Hi
I wanna ask IpX user experience
Currently deciding to upgrade from 5S to Ip8plus or IpX

Thanks.
*
1. Does notch really annoying/get in your way
In the beginning yes, but you’ll get used to it after a couple of weeks or so. I’m probably in the minority that actually liked the notch even when it was first announced, and all those Android fellas were mocking away. Look at what they are doing to their phones now laugh.gif

2. Face id, is it quick as touch id (because i always text n drive)
No, Touch ID is quicker and at this point of time, more reliable than FaceID. That said, FaceID provides more security - I like that notifications are hidden till you glance at your phone - and also FaceID is intuitive and pretty easy to get used to. I don’t miss TouchID at all.

3. Does IpX better than Ip8plus regarding screen resolution to watch video?
Yes. The colours are nicer too.

4. Is there problem or issue with IpX?
It’s expensive.
