I am new n just joined Grab for 3 weeks, i am under Grab Ambassador scheme guarantee hourly rate .

I per day average get rm 180 fare only, but saw some Grab driver reply post said they can get Rm 400 fare per day.

Any one mind share with us how to do it? Many thanks : )

I'm also still trying to hit that amount....yesterday Sunday was 400++ for me...but it was Sunday.

Weekdays seems impossible for me...haha.

Highest for me for weekday fare was last Thursday (when we had the far away pick up problems....)...total 280 after incentives. I was quite suprised i managed to get so many incentives done that day...lol...and with 18 cancellations for that day. Omg.

What you want is Fare - 20% Commission + HG Incentive = Nett at least RM 30 per hour. If you drive 8 hours, you should get nett RM 240 per day.

Check the HG chart. See the hours where HP or higher. You should drive during these hours. You can forget the P or B hours, just go home and rest.

During HP or UP or MP hour, you should complete at least 2 or 3 trips per hour to get around nett RM 30. So don't accept long distance trips (except if got high fare, then accept lah). So ikan bilis trips (RM 5) is your best friend because the trip is short.

You should also build your AR bullets during other hours so that you can ignore long distance trips later. This is important so that you can maintain 80% AR. In worst case, just accept then cancel. But you have to drive more to repair the CR later. With experience, you will learn when to accept / ignore / cancel.

But to be honest, it is actually hard to hit nett RM 300 - Rm 400 per day. So my advise is drive part time and try to find other full time job.

Thanks for the heads up, tomorrow try to work from 7am till 8pm see how it will go.

Playing incentive requires u to understand yr place well. No point doing high fare during UP/MP blocks. Once a while grab will throw u far away from yr playground. Therefore doing jobs during non peak hour blocks is necessary.

You should be able to get RM 400 gross if you drive from 5am till 11pm

Today reach KLCC area jam like hell , 6 till 8pm only managed to complete 2 jobs for 2 hours. Any location recommend for short trip or less jam?

There is one CBK give me 1 star for rejecting her request asking me help her bank in money, fuuuuuu........ (CBK is from vietnam) real CBK

Becarefull when those CBK asking weird request .

Possible if u drive on certain time frame with different platform.

Example,
Get klia trip when Uber hit surge x1.5 or above.

U guys ok lah. I got some stupid Bangladesh people, ping at Kota Raya but then called me to pick them up at GuanDi Temple nearby the public bank. Fkers don’t read my words and keep wasting my time waiting about 10 minutes as u guys know lol there is a road construction in front of the Kota Raya. Can’t even park the car for longer till the end I need to cancelled the trip myself and skipped one important incentive leh!

I made RM 271 in earnings and RM 84 in incentives. That's just over RM 350 for 10 hours work including 2 short breaks and one bloody long trip during peak hour traffic that took 90 minutes plus driving to Klang from Bangsar. to add to that i got a total of RM42 in tips.

Possible or not?
It's all about understanding the strategies.

Walao! Play smart lah. Dragging your car is a bad idea. I hit RM110 from MP times at 6AM-9AM about 9 trips with incentives RM 40. Everyday if I got the good ping from the God, I could have easily get RM 150 per day in the early morning. But today it was a bad ping routine and got some shit jam in Wangsa Maju.

Almost 400 for just over 9 hours of work dude. Not every hour can hit 4 rides ok.
