Hi I'm looking for a new WIFI adapter for my PC.
I recently got TIME internet but can't use the full speed because I can only connect to the 2.4GHz line. I'm thinking of getting one that supports 5GHz so I'm looking for any recommendations.
My router is a TPlink AC1200. Budget is 100-150 and would like one that can be good for gaming.

i would like to recommend TP-LINK AC600. There are two version, T2UH and T2UHP. Im using T2UH. really good for its price which is RM 105 (from Lazada) and I use it mainly for gaming.
But if u can find T2UHP version, go get it. It is better in term of wireless coverage and performance.

You can get T4UH v2. T4UH v1 or T4UHP is abit bulky and not as portable.
If you can get a very good 5GHz signal from your PC location, you can opt for more compact/lower power/cheaper adapter (just search ac1200 usb in lelong).

Why not look into Tenda U12 AC1300? I just bought 1 at RM 72/unit. The speed is extremely good.
