yup, need fill the commitment in the application form
sometime really confusing the requirement, even fulfill the conditions, still say too high commitment, why don't at the first time, just tell the requirement is RMXXk annual income after commitment

i last time after 2 week only get response from pbb
slow compare to maybank the next working day can get the result by sms

last time i facebook message ringgitplus, quite fast reply

i have received the card today, only VISA
asking ringgitplus.......waiting their reply. VISA is useless for me
