Yes, I m.
Need to pledge min 35K， CL is 90% of the FD.
Initial one time charges (stamp duties etc) is RM250++, FD rate is monthly renewal basic.

Yes, the FD must maintain......if u want to use the FD, FD cancel, card also cancel.
