Anyone successfully use his/her quantum mastercard through contactless? I had tried a few times in different outlets all couldn't go through.. is the terminal that support visa paywave not necessary support contactless by mastercard? my visa card seem doesn't have this issue.. hmm.gif

Call CS to complain. They will replace a new card to you FOC.

I can't be sure whether it is the problem of the card or the terminal I tried just didn't support paypass.. but I guess nothing wrong with the card..

Since you mentioned that the card was failed at several different merchants, I believe it's a faulty card.

My previous Quantum MasterCard was unable to use contactless feature as well (pin and pay works fine), complained to CS and they replaced a new one to me. It works like charm now.

Well.. I think I better find merchant that support paypass to confirm the cause 1st.. where are the places that u successfully use paypass?

I don't pay attention to Paypass vs Paywave. Everywhere I went I just mention "wave" and it will gone through (if the merchant wants to wave).

Looks like you try to help PBB to saves money. You may try to wave at McDonald's.

"up to RM5000" include RM5000
"below RM5000" does not include RM5000
