So disappointed with Public Bank.
Cut the Visa Infinite lounge access from 8x to 3x. Cut the unlimited cashback from 0.5% to 0.3%.
Cut the Visa Signature cashback cap RM50 to RM38. Cut the lounge access from 6x to 2x.

What else has been cut? Didn't receive any notice on this totally.

Yea they expected customer to check their T&C anytime, but not sending notice via E-mail or any kind of communication channel from their database.
