If i use my Petron Visa Debit Card to pay my Quantums, will it incur any fees?
Does transferring money from Debit Card to Credit Card considered as normal payment/transfer or does it considered as balance transfer? AFAIK balance transfer is only credit card to credit card, but just double checking, thank you. |
