Can we still use VS card to pay for TNB bills in Shopee? I tried to use the card and got the error "this card is linked to multiple users....." error message.
Anyway to resolve this error? |

no dupe. never had an issue all this while until this month when i tried to pay. anyway to resolve this? can customer service resolve this?

as mentioned, i never have any separate accounts, though i might login using web browser and apps on the same time.
I've called customer service and they mentioned that the only way is to use other credit card. Any other way to pay for TNB bills so that it's entitled for cashback using VS card? I understand that paying via UOB Payonline is not entitled to cashback.
