I had 2 >Rm100 transactions on Lazada on 22 Jan 18, not getting the weekly CB promo, but received normal 5% CB in Quantum Master. Today called in to CS, CS said lazada is direct marketing, it is an exclusion on weekly CB promo.

Hi guys, I took the signup promo for Quantum Card where need to spend RM150 for each card on retail transactions within 60 days to get the luggage bag. 

Recently I called them to ask about the luggage bag, they said that Lazada purchase is not counted as retail transaction but Shopee transaction counted bcos of different MCC code.

I'm not sure whether I interpreted the TnC correctly but they didnt seem to exclude online transactions rite..?

I wonder... We can use pbb quantum to reload bigpay MasterCard and get 5%. Then use the MasterCard to purchase things that quantum is not eligible like groceries. Or just get maybank amex for 5% everything. Cons is maybank amex is only for weekends.
Which do u think is better?
