Oh, you just recently port in number. From my experience, it takes around 1 week to 'heal' the process. Last time from celcom to maxis, the tac message only receive in proper way after 3-4 days you port in the new line, which you need to let your line fully migrate to new telco. Even you report to your telco/bank as well, they normally advise you to let the port in time to fully completed. hope you understand my explaination live chat with telco just now,
