Got my Quantum card last week, how do I get my online account? I tried https://www.pbebank.com/Personal-Banking/Ca...Cardmember.aspx but it just popped me back to main page once I've submitted.

Anyone received any questionnaire/feedback form from PBB? What's the surprise gift if I filled up the forms? If it's for minor thingy I don't want to waste my time on filling it up. lol

I got my first statement for Quantum cards and I've paid all the amount into one account number.
This is what I see from my pbe website right now, do I have to pay the balance separately? Or will this be adjusted later on?
