Hi guy, if apply auto-payment Allianz insurance by Quantum MasterCard, is it will enjoy cashback?
Or this Quantum MasterCard only applicable for manually online payment? Thanks for your all advice. |

 I see the public bank advertisement got 30% cashback for government related. Does it include PTPTN one? If use online for PTPTN transactions, can enjoy 30% cashback? Thanks a lot. |
