My card chip is having problem. If i get a replacement, will i get a new card number? CS said will be issued with a new 16 digits card number, can anyone here double confirm?
I might be having refunds made to my card, so will getting a new 16 digits affect the refund? Thanks |

I have a transaction at aeon with the receipt stating SMKT but didn’t get the cashback. Upon checking with CS, apparently Aeon indicated it as a Departmental Store purchase. Anyone face similar issue before? SMKT but is indicated as departmental.
