It was free for HLB app users. Been using it for more than a year IIRC.

Honestly I think all transfer should be instant and having a flat fee like 50c for all banks. Then only ppl will use. The convenience is a win for everyone.

With HL app...it's limited to 1K daily.... Unless you can circumvent this limitation...

There's a cap though but only on transactions cost. HLB will only subsidize the cost up to RM2 million++. Given how small HLB, I don't think it will break the cap.
