Anyone applied their Balance Transfer 0% before? Saw from the unstatemented transaction there already charged me the 1st installment however my another card haven receive the payment. Didn't receive approve msg neither.

It's still much better than some bank will only dispatch their rewards (cash back or other similarly) up to 90 days after the campaign ended.

Happened to me few times already, and that failed transaction only went through after few days for me, so I would suggest u do it straight up to 8 times today that is successful immediately.

around 8.30am...now my apps only show 7x top up record instead 8x top up

escalate to CS.

mine recorded 7x in their system, so they need to escalate to their finance to investigate transaction record from bank side (theirs) which should have recorded 8x. then they would know 1x is missing.

expecting the adjustment by tomorrow.

i think they implement a total limit of swipe on BP now... hopefully i'm wrong... anyway i'm using VS, QMC and QV and swipe one time VS, one time QMC, one time QV and repeat twice and lastly one time VS and one time QMC and waiting for every minute to elapse before going for next transaction. everything smooth this morning.

I made a complaint thru app before 8 am, just now receiving a call from Big Pay CS, asking me about last 4 digit, when, how did it happen. He said there were no records of my 2 top ups this morning. Need to wait them to investigate.
