I've received it twice already.. the first time I called, they said that indeed there was an attempt to register for Samsung Pay.. as I wasn't the one trying it, she said that it was possible that my card is compromised, and asked if I wanted to block my card & re-issue a new card..

but I've been monitoring my transactions, don't see anything fishy.. so just ignored it for now..

So taobao web will get CB automatically no issue? But really GG app doesn’t work.

But previously Taobao web also cannot get CB automatically. Also need to appeal and get it manually.
(Long time did not use this card for Taobao)

my public bank quantum got rejected.. no choice but to register maybank gold card, and it approved few days later.

can appeal if you qualified. How do you apply mbb cc?

Yup. Weird that I didn't get it also. But I checked my phone number wasn't changed. That's why I just ignored it for now.

I'm suspecting there's something wrong with PBB backend.

depends on traffic lor. sometimes got 1-2 customer service counters, but servicing a lot of ad-hoc tasks/customers.

Actually boleh. I made the phone call on at night time the same day of transaction date.

Today received SMS conversion to 12 months 0% instalment is a success.

Is OTP required if we make purchase through paypal (linked to PBB card)?

In my experience, I've never been asked for OTP for Paypal purchases (e.g. Lazada, Zalora).

The transaction is recorded as online though and eligible for cashback for PBB.
