You can e-file Borang BE 2017 from tomorrow, then send the summary and receipt to PB Card Centre.

yeah my VS i had register online and i can view my statement n acc detail online.

Auto-Payment or Direct Debit is not a form of Online payment.
You don't receive OTP for every transactions.

If you hit error on clicking "Contact Us" instead of showing you the phone number and email, you have to walked into bank to activate something. I forgot the exact name, it should be PAC. Ask them to check. If your issue is same as mine, it is due to we register our online banking account online, and there is one feature (or PAC) should be activated by the bank officer. When you are in the bank, ask them to add the cards for you too. You dont need to do it yourself.

Nowadays I usually use traveloka to buy Malindo/Firefly air ticket...so no problems for 6% CB.
I cannot comment what will be the outcome if we buy from Malindo website at the current moment since I have not done it for quite some time.

yes this is exactly the same error i encountered before. thats why now, i advice my friends to get online banking account from bank instead of register online. he has no issue in doing anything now.

so, the only thing u can do now is (like what i did before), go to branch, tell them you have issue clicking on add card / contact us, and someone told you you have to enable / activate PAC or some feature. after they activate for you, pls test on the spot. as i dont rmb exactly the name of the feature, and i believe it is PAC. leave to someone else to add on comment on this...

My last purchase of Fireflz ticket from official website using quantum master entitled for CB, and i separate to 2 purchase and received additional CB for the campaign.

I am also having this issue, just speak to the CS and she adviced me to go to PBB bank and register the PAC ( very troublesome as they only operate during weekday )

More troublesome for supplementary card too.

Need go to PB branch to open savings account just to get access to PB online.
Else cannot check account/transaction.

i rmb someone mentioned before, you can add supp card into principal online banking account...
whoever need it can check on this. i didnt verify nor try the info though.

I use the Petron Debit card for auto payment for the shit Allianz insurance, planning to surrender this Petron Debit due to no benefit at all already (Previously got 0.5% cash rebate when I was student.. ) and replace to this quantum cc to get more cash rebate.

Arrhh.. I think need to cancel the auto debit for the shit Allianz insurance, and payment by myself manually? Any ideas?

1st you need to find yourself: is there any online portal to pay Allianz insurance? if yes, pay there. if no, continue with your autodebit.

2nd, if continue with autodebit, change to different card that gives cb for insurance. example, a simple card like MBB FCB VS that gives 2% cashback, even for autodebit. if you want more challenging card, SCB JOP, perhaps. browse >> https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4161836 and search "insurance" keyword. review the recommended cards to see if it fits you.
