Pre-pay 1 week before statement date but leave RM23 outstanding balance for direct debit to get -RM2.

I just received my supplement pb card. Need to spend rm300 on "retail transaction" to be eligible for the free Bluetooth speaker.

What confuses me is what counts as "retail transaction"? I just paid rm70 using visa paywave at a restaurant, does that count?

What I'm confused on is whether Visa paywave counts or not?

Because my family member keep insisting that pay wave doesn't count and only transaction that require pin number input counts. I read through the tnc to prove him wrong but couldn't find any mention regarding pay wave.
