I aware in the tnc.. Meaning only able to check through statement balance and we will not get sms rite?

BTW, in tnc also said we will receive sms each week inform us we are registered rite?
I register on 17, I get 1 time sms "RM0.00 You have successfully registered. Get up to RM1,300 Cash Back with 3X/5X/8X spend of RM60 & above in a week. Valid till 31/12/18. T&C apply."
But this week I didn't get.. It's normal?

Not understand... You mean the monthly cap rm30 = swipe of 600 will finish on 2nd week due to 80x6x2=960?
The max cap is 50x4+30=230? (assuming you get all the cb campaign)

Guys, just to confirm my method below is correct or not.
Own QV QMC, register the CB campaign.
QMC
Wk 1 , 8 x 60 = 480 (CB 50 + 24)
Wk 2 , 2 x 60 = 120 (CB 6)

QVC
Wk 2 , 6 x 60 = 360 (CB 50 + VIP point) 6 swipe + 2 swipe from QMC
Wk 3, 8 x 60 = 480 (CB 50 + VIP point)
wk 4, 8 x 60 = 480 (CB 50 + VIP point)

Please enlighten.. thanks rclxm9.gif

Same here but sc card pass but pbb can't.. Then air plane few time also not success.. Jz tried again with air plane and success... But weird is previous attempt all sms dint come.. Only 2 sms, from sc n this time success from pbb..

Use pay wave no triigger any sms...
BTW this pbb cb follow statement cycle rite? I still haven't receive statement... Still new... I online can't see my statement date... Need after receive 1st statement I only can see rite?

I get my QMC on 15 Jul, and QVS on 27 Jul.
I get my statement yesterday.
Both card swipe over 1k before statement.

This statement show as below
(DGP) CASH BACK BONUS 30.00CR (5Aug)
It show under my QMC cash mega bonus.

Can i know what is this?
Is it QMC monthly cb ?
QVS i didnt swipe for entertainment or departmental.
Sorry for the question.
Cause if MBB if not mistaken i only able see this month cb on next month statement instead of same month statement

7) Under 'I would like to update' tick on the information you wish to update (Mailing Address, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, Home Phone Number, Office Phone Number, Delivery Option for Renewal/ Replacement Card)
8) Click 'Next'
9) Fill in details in designated column
10) Click 'Next'
11) Click 'Request PAC Now'
12) 6 Digit PAC will be send to Cardmember's registered Malaysia Mobile Number as per system

In case those no card appear in 'Change Credit/ Debit Card Info', you will need to add them through 'Add/Delete Account'

They have alot pending job, and priority.. The one who answer your call might not be the one who send the form.. They only execute to operational team back office
