Anyone keep getting call from public bank about those lower % balance transfer or loan or insurance? I received so many of those call until today I beh tahan d write email to complain to them. It is the same for standard chartered bank. Will it actually work?

I got call from virtually all bank, I took 2 offers previously which is quite low, 10.99% for 3 years from HLB and another one is 3.99% for 1 year for UOB. SC and Citibank are the most annoying banks…
