dont waste MBB FCB's 10% quota at Watson's. most accepts Amex anyway  else, can use TNG to pay also (earned cb via reload with cc prior).
i'd save MBB FCB's 10% for places that doesnt get cashback from cc.

learn to differentiate between standard t&c vs promo t&c

quantum standard t&c doesn't exclude quasi cash transaction. so u get 5% cashback.

promo usually excludes quasi cash transaction (even as online), hence most likely not eligible for promo cb.

for RP promo, check its spending t&c whether quasi cash transaction is excluded or not.

For my case, BigPay top up does not qualify for PB CASH BACK 4, only qualify for the monthly CB using PBB VS.

It's on Monday and I have tried for few weeks, none of them qualify.

Week 18 cashback what's the latest transaction anyone here has? I had 8xRM100 transactions (shopee) but only got RM30. All transactions on Monday 30th April itself.

No all afternoon. Found the problem, my mom used UOB pay online for one transaction even though told to use shopee. Oh well.

Public bank topup of Bigpay if on Monday will be posted on Tuesday?

I’ve call PBB to get approval code, but unable to reach BigPay, nobody pick up Call. Waited for 30 minutes, no choice I contacted them via fb messenger.. ask for my phone no n name, then the OTP sms which has failed reload. but I asked whether they need the approval code, th cs said no need n he help me to escalate to their finance dept, still waiting for them to investigate. It is really bad experience for this failure n unable to get help immediately.. their Helpline is not 24 hours: I’m actually waiting to use th BigPay card to pay taobao.. but after the reload failed, I stop reloading until it resolved. Hope can resolve today.
For my case last week I top up morning around 10am & 7+pm, Both posted next day. N as I know BigPay merchant is 8 hours later.. so, I would advise to avoid early morning top up if u wan to join the cb4u

Last month i got approve on my VS, been using it for online transaction, gotten my first month statement.

Subsequently receiving my VS, i requested an additional card (Quantum Master & Visa) to add in.

After 1 week i receive my Quantum master, but not my quantum visa. I have start transacting with my Quantum Master. Here comes my first month statement send by PB via email, i only notice transaction pertaining to my VS, could it be a separate CL and statement?
